In this 60, 75, or 90 minute class, focus on strengthening your core and breathing into challenging poses. A class designed to promote sensory awakening and cell oxygenation. This class is taught in a warm (not hot) environment to promote detoxification. Taught by Jenna, founder of Thee House. All levels welcome, including pregnant women.
This is a powerful and healing class that gets you connected to yourself. Learn to reconnect to your breathing, strength, integrity and your spirit. This discipline is slow, steady and challenging. You will leave this class feeling ready for what's next.
 
This class teaches you to connect to your core, to be strong and centered. The intense pose sequences are designed to help you develop the skills to awaken each of your senses. The long holds help you progress in the poses and go deeper. Aided by the use of heat, your body is freed from toxins; the deep breathing oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body.

Lovingly guided by Jenna. She has studied with Ana Forrest since 2004 to present day and also assisted her in the Yoga Journal Conferences and around the globe.
